Solution:

$ $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl shutdown
opmnctl: opmn is not running
 
$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs
$ mkdir oracle_backup
$ mv *.* oracle_backup

 cd $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME

# adapcctl.sh start

Issue is fixed.
